The basic registration starts you off at a Rookie level which gives you access to the website but not the Campaign section
To view, support, apply to list and list campaigns* you need to upgrade from Rookie to Ninja ( if you are an Individual) or Warrior (if you are a Corporate, Proprietorship or Partnership). This upgrade requires making a nominal payment#, which is requested for, to ensure that only users with a genuine interest in supporting or running campaigns get to access the Campaign Section

* Both Ninja and Warrior can apply to list a campaign but as per Terms of the Website only a Warrior can list campaign
